A proprietary, water-based surface treatment deployed across commercial estates for over five years.
Applied periodically, it stabilises surface condition, maintains appearance, and protects against the wear caused by repeated cleaning and footfall.
Reapplication is managed at system level to ensure it is completed when due, helping maintain consistent, building-wide standards and long-term asset protection.
Everyday cleaning.
Once surfaces are protected, cleaning becomes simpler and lighter.

Area-based control.
Cleaning inputs are always associated with a defined area.
Before dispensing, the user selects the area being cleaned. The system then releases the authorised volume for that area only. This removes variation, assumption, and over-application without changing how cleaning is carried out day to day.

HygenLoop continuously verifies that approved cleaning and protection processes are being applied at the right frequency for each area.
